Doesn’t matter what your grandpa does. What you said about “bribery”, etc. at the wedding ceremonies, doesn’t happen on daily basis. It is really “rare”. I lived in Iran and I experienced it myself. In Tehran, Karaj, Ahwaz, Masjed Soleiman and Andimeshk we never ever ran into problems and never had to do with police….
Our wedding ceremonies were almost always mixed, a lot of dancing, drinking, noise and fun.
The only very free thing in Iran is the wedding parties.

Lol I’m Persian to bud. Been there many times for weddings. Almost all of my family lives there. I know the laws over there because my grandpa is a very well respected lawyer in Iran.

As an Iranian, I think I know better than you do in this particular matter!
Iran is a “vast country” with a huge number of cultures and traditional folks. It also depends on where in Iran the wedding is held. As I said before, I lived 26 years of my life in Iran and I’d been to many wedding ceremonies throughout my whole life. We never ran into problems. We were almost always mixed and we didn’t have to bribe or alike. What you said is very “rare”.
Btw, Iran is a country of contradictions.

Actually we are NOT allowed to drink and dance in the same room as women in Iran. I have been to Iran many times. You always have to keep your respectable Grandpa or Uncle out there to tell the Police to go away or Bribe them. They are allowed to come in a do whatever they want and arrest everyone. But it rarely happens. It’skind of like the satellite rule. Satellites are illegal… but EVERYONE has them

That’s not true!
In Iran (where I lived 26 years of my life until a few years ago and my family is still living there) you’re allowed to hold big and magnificent wedding ceremonies and you’ll never run into problems. Inside the building or your own house, you’re allowed to drink, play music, dance and have fun. I’ve experienced more than 100wedding ceremonies in Iran and they were all memorable and splendid.
We were never executed or questioned because of fun or parties inside our homes…

Iranian People are civilized nation and Afghan people are our Brothers and sisters.England separated Afghanistan from Iran to save India. we should hate England not Afganistan! we love Afghan people as we love Kords and baluch so please don’t try to use dirty language against a nation if a person here shows he doesn’t know the history.

Our beloved USA has its eyes on your terrorist Iran next. So when you have family fleeing from Iran and begging for a rebuilt Afghanistan to give them shelter, it will be your iranian women who will be working the streets for free. Remember this. This day too will come.

It’s more like the groom is trying to ransom it… you can’t have a “honeymoon” until the reception is over…. and it can’t end before the cake is cut! The dancers are all single women…. it nice hey?
I love Persian weddings!

Afghanistan is always in war???? I thought the only country in war even before it’s creation was: USA….against Indians, Britain, France, Morocco, Tunis, Spain, Mexico, World War I – II, Korea, Germany, Russia, Vietnam, Cuba, Panama, Iran, Iraq, Bosnia, “Afghanistan”… Any other country left???
